Our Bid Management Process

If you sign up to our Bid Management service, we will manage everything to do with your bidding, including finding you the best tenders, writing and submitting all your bids and managing your bid library.

We Get you Onboard

We begin by learning about your business in detail. Then, we set up bespoke tender alerts on your behalf to ensure you receive all relevant tender opportunities. A one-time setup cost of £550+VAT applies for onboarding. After this, our tender alert service is completely free; you only pay per bid you pursue.

We Find the Right Tenders for You

As soon as you are ready to bid, we set everything up and start to find the right tender opportunities for you. We handpick each tender to ensure that each one we send you is something you could win. This may include Framework and DPS Agreements, which can lead to long-term contracts and boost credibility.

We Write the Bid

When a relevant tender is identified, we provide a fixed-fee quotation for our bid writing services. Upon your approval, a dedicated bid writer is assigned to your project and supports you throughout the tender writing process—from initial discussions and set up through to writing the bid drafts, sign off and submission.

We Manage your Bid Library

If you are signed up to our Bid Management service, we maintain a tailored bid library for you. This allows us to streamline our bid writing and means that, over time, we need less information from you. We aim to make the process so efficient that eventually all you need to do is review and approve the final bid.
