The Challenge

Navigating the complexities of public sector procurement frameworks has always been a challenge for Truvelo. The transition from the old CCS Transport Technology and Associated Services framework to the new CCS RM6347 framework meant that they required a fresh approach, with updated documentation, strategic positioning, and a clear understanding of evolving buyer expectations.

This framework was a ‘must win’ for them, as they conducted so much of their business through the previous CCS Framework and were the only supplier on the framework with their unique solution. This meant that they needed expert guidance to ensure their bid was competitive and compliant. They also wanted to get onto two new lots within the Framework.

Calvin really liked the way that he could do a brain dump with our bid writer, hand over previous responses and then we would draft something with little modification needed. He said that ‘first draft to final was painless’.

We were also able to build them a compelling case which allowed them to get onto the two new lots within the tender. Calvin liked our reactive nature. As he said, ‘they just got it’.

The Result

With our support, Truvelo successfully secured a place on the CCS RM6347 framework across three lots (the two new lots were ‘parking’ and ‘environmental monitoring’).
